Mercury Marine, a division of Brunswick Corporation, has solidified its position as a leader in the marine industry by accounting for 50% of all outboard engines displayed at the Sydney International Boat Show.
This achievement not only highlights Mercury's market dominance but also underscores its strong partnerships with boat builders and dealers across Australia.

The 2025 Sydney International Boat Show introduced a new format, splitting the event into two distinct segments. The first, held at Sydney Olympic Park, focused on trailer boats, lifestyle gear, fishing essentials, and marine technology. This indoor exhibition provided visitors with a fresh experience and offered exhibitors a dynamic platform to connect with customers. The traditional on-water show is scheduled for November at Sydney Harbour, promising further engagement with the boating community.

Brad Zoelle, President of Mercury Marine ANZP, emphasised that the company's significant presence at the show reflects the strength of its collaborations within the Australian market. By showcasing more than double the number of outboards compared to its nearest competitor, Mercury Marine demonstrated its commitment to innovation and quality in the marine sector.

As the marine industry continues to evolve, events like the Sydney International Boat Show serve as vital platforms for companies to exhibit advancements and engage with enthusiasts. Mercury Marine's performance at the show not only reinforces its leadership but also sets a high standard for excellence in outboard engine technology.
